RETURNS & EXCHANGES

all sales are final. We want you to love your Wanderlust Fashion jewelery as much as we did creating it. If you are not 100% happy with your purchase or any items arrive damaged, we will happily offer an exchange or store credit. Please fill out a form from the contact page to obtain an exchange/ store credit authorization within 48 hours of receiving your merchandise. you must obtain an exchange authorization approval before returning your items. we will not accept any requests after 48 hours. please mail your merchandise immediately after receiving an authorization. only unworn and originally packaged items will be accepted for an exchange or store credit. Goods must be returned within 15 days.

Sale items, special orders, promotional codes and personalized items cannot be returned and are FINAL SALE.

Shipping and handling charges on returned merchandise are non-refundable and although we would like to, we do not pay for the return shipment of merchandise. Exchanges are subject to shipping charges.

We are NOT responsible for lost return packages, and recommend you insure and track your package. 

You are welcome to use the shipping method of your choice. In your return package, please include a copy of your receipt, the authorization approval along with a note with credit or exchange details & return shipping address.  An email confirmation will be sent upon arrival of merchandise.
